82.29A.020(1)(b)(i) - Easements for removing products Description "Leasehold interest" excludes road or utility easements, rights of access, occupancy, or use granted solely for the purpose of removing materials or products purchased from a public owner or lessee. The term also excludes rights of access, occupancy, or use granted solely for the purpose of natural energy resource exploration. Purpose To minimize costs to private businesses and individuals who use public lands for these purposes.
